A native of Philadelphia, PA, daughter of two medical doctors and graduate of Temple University with a degree in communications, Jocelyn never imagined she would end up as a financial planner in the Southwest. Nevertheless, fate would lead her to become a passionate missionary of financial empowerment and future owner of ClariFinancial.

Previously, Jocelyn served the State of New Mexico to increase awareness of and participation in the 529 college savings and 457 deferred compensation plans. She has overseen multibillion-dollar employer retirement plans and helped develop custom financial wellness programs to increase employee plan participation and retirement readiness. Over the years, she has conducted educational presentations, authored articles and provided expertise on a variety of financial topics.

Jocelyn’s unique approach and contagious enthusiasm have helped her effectively engage people from all different backgrounds and empower them to achieve financial goals. She is committed to ClariFinancial’s mission of serving clients in an independent, fiduciary capacity and helping others gain financial confidence through education.

Besides being a small business owner, Jocelyn is an always-juggling mom of two children and two rescued mutts, and enjoys practicing hot yoga, meditation, hiking, camping, traveling, cooking and playing golf.

“ClariFinancial clients are like family   members. We’re on this journey together.”
